The problem space
Real estate and construction still largely run on paper, ink and in‑person stamps.
Notarized in person
Many of these documents need a notary. Traditionally that means every signer in the same room as the notary, at the same time.
Filed with the county
Many are then filed with a county office to enter the public record, one more hand-off before the work is done.
What we’re building
Remote online notarization, designed around Florida’s rules first.
Our first product is a platform that commissioned Florida online notaries public will use to notarize real-estate and construction documents remotely. It is being designed around Part II of Chapter 117, Florida Statutes, and Rule Chapter 1N-7, Florida Administrative Code. From there, we intend to work across the rest of the document workflow.

- Remote presentation of a government-issued ID, automated credential analysis, and knowledge-based authentication, as required by Florida law

- Designed so each session is recorded, and the recording and the notary’s electronic journal are kept for at least 10 years after the notarial act, as Florida law requires
